Press Instructions

DTF Transfer Application Process:

1. Prepare Your Heat Press:
- Temperature for many cotton fabrics is 320F (160C). Adjust temperature up or down depending on material, spandex, or jersey requires temperature to be lowered. Test on material.

2. First Press:
- Place your substrate (e.g., garment) on the lower platen.
- Position the DTF transfer with the printed side facing down onto the fabric.
- (Mandatory) Cover with a Teflon or silicone sheet for protection.
- Close the heat press and apply firm pressure.
- Press at 320°F (160°C) for 15 seconds.

3. Second Press:
- After the first press is complete, carefully lift the heat press and remove any protective sheet.
- Peel off the DTF transfer paper slowly and gently.
- Place the substrate back onto the lower platen of the heat press.
- (Mandatory)Cover with a Teflon or silicone sheet for protection.
- Close the heat press again and apply firm pressure.
- Press at 320°F (160°C) for an additional 10 seconds.

4. Cooling and Finishing:
- Allow the material to cool completely before handling or wearing.
- Once cooled, inspect the transferred design for adherence and quality.


Note: Adjust the pressure and timing based on the specific requirements of your material. Always conduct a small test before full production to ensure proper adhesion and quality.
